Using the app
RapidDesk Auto is an automotive finance estimating tool for professional use. Subject to these terms and the applicable store terms, you may use the app on devices you own or control. You must have authority to enter and save any data you use with it and comply with your employer's policies and applicable law.
On Apple platforms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a separately approved custom EULA replaces it: Apple Standard EULA. These terms supplement, and do not reduce rights under, the applicable platform agreement.
Estimates, not contracts or professional advice
Calculations, payment comparisons, product impacts and state tax presets are estimates, not lending offers, approvals or binding contract figures. Tax presets are rate starting points, not a complete state/local tax determination. Some states require manual entry; local taxes, caps, exemptions, valuation rules and rebate/trade/product treatment may differ. Verify current tax rules and review any manually fixed tax total after changing deal figures.
Verify all final figures using your dealership's approved DMS, lender and contract documentation. You are responsible for entries, assumptions and business decisions. The app does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or lending advice. It is not a replacement for professional judgment or required disclosures.
Pro purchases
Pro includes Close the Gap, Products, Payment Ladder, Saved Deals, custom products and state tax presets. Both purchase options provide the same Pro feature access:
- Lifetime: a separate one-time, non-consumable purchase, with no recurring subscription charge. It unlocks Pro in this app on the purchasing platform store account. It does not promise perpetual operating-system compatibility, unlimited support or access to separately released apps. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
- Monthly: an auto-renewing one-month subscription at the localized price displayed before purchase. No free trial is offered in this version. Payment is processed by Apple or Google following your store confirmation. It renews until cancelled under the platform's rules. On Apple, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends. On Google Play, cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Manage or cancel through your Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancellation normally preserves access for the remainder of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased previously or on another device/platform. Check your store subscriptions before purchasing to avoid overlapping charges.
Store-confirmed pricing and applicable taxes are shown in the platform purchase flow. Prices can vary by region. Any subscription price changes are handled through the platform's applicable notice/consent process. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store policies and law; these terms do not waive statutory rights.
Use Restore Purchase with the same platform store account. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google; there is no RapidDesk Auto account linking system. Pending payments do not grant new access. Refunds, revocations or subscription expiration may remove Pro access. Saved scenarios remain local; access may be gated while Pro is inactive. Uninstalling may remove them. Keep any business records elsewhere in your approved systems.
Offline access and availability
Calculations run on-device. Purchasing, restoring and confirming subscription status may require internet access and an available platform store. Verified lifetime access has no periodic offline limit, but is subject to store reconciliation of refunds or revocations. Monthly access on iOS is cached until the verified expiration or 24 hours after verification, whichever is earlier. Android monthly access requires a store check after restart and at least every 15 minutes of use. If a required check cannot complete, Pro may be temporarily unavailable until you verify it with Restore Purchase.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every estimate is error-free. We may correct or update the app. To the extent allowed by law, it is provided without additional warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy describes device-local data, platform purchases and voluntary support correspondence. We may update these terms, publish an updated date and give notice where required. Changes do not remove rights already granted by law or applicable store terms. Questions: support@m80ai.com.
